Submit A Volunteer Request

There are 13 specific volunteer assignments for each ride. One, the "Quack Van / Ride Director for the day", starts at noon the day before the ride, and finishes around midnight the day of the event. Another assignment is for ride prep the day before the ride, Wednesday (Staff) / Friday (Public). This assignement involves working with the Ride Director(s) starting at noon at the hotel in Livermore. Dedicated SAG - 1 is the first half of the day. Dedicated SAG - 2 is the second half of the day. There are 8 "Rest Stop" assignments that vary between 6.5 and 10 hours the day of the event. The rest stop positions generally involve driving some SAG before and/or after the rest stop open times. Each position would require one person, but could accommodate two, especially if the two wanted to work/drive together. We are also planning to have HAM radio support.
